Fully furnished, very bright, end-unit row house duplex on Capitol Hill. Lovely, tree-lined street. 2 Bedrooms - one Queen, one Full, Living room with sofa/futon (Full size), 1 Bath, Cable, WiFi, dish washer, washer/dryer. A few blocks to Lincoln Park and to H Street restaurants, entertainment, tram, and farmers market. Great walking score - 3 blocks to H Street Tram, 20 min walk to 3 metro stations (Eastern Market, Union Station, and Stadium), the Capitol, Congressional Office buildings, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Giant Grocery, Galluadet University, Eastern Market, and Barracks Row. No smoking. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A perfect home away from home! Full kitchen that is nicely appointed, comfortable beds and a lovely tree lined street. We would stay here again for sure and the owner was easy to work with.
