Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: 1) CHECK-OUT: tomorrow at (or before) (11:00 AM to avoid late fee. If you need to stay a little later and communicate, I will not charge you.
Check-out instructions: 2) STRIP BED/TOWELS: remove bedding from the bed and put use towels on the bed
Check-out instructions: 3) TRASH - put all trash in front of your door.
4) LOCK DOORS: Please place keys on the bed/table in room or back into the lock box. Code 8386. If having trouble put in MAILBOX 2.

Excellent
The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.

Our room was very nice, exactly as advertised. Great communication with the host. He let us check in after hours which was what we needed. The only major downside was there wasn't very much lighting to get in at night and there were a lot of locks to do in the dark.
