Located just a block away from The Roost Food Hall, where guests can enjoy dining and drinks from local restaurants, or a 10 min stroll to the numerous restaurants and bars of the famous Barracks Row and Eastern Market, you’ll never run out of entertainment. Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill! This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. The location is unbeatable—ideal for tourists or business travelers looking to experience all that Washington, DC has to offer. Guests can also walk just .2 miles to the Potomac Avenue Metro Station, which services the Blue, Orange and Silver lines and can quickly take you to the monuments, museums and numerous other DC attractions. Known for its cultural diversity, Capitol Hill boasts a vibrant arts scene, with numerous museums, galleries, and theaters. LISTING TRANSIT Walking: Capitol Hill is an easily walkable neighborhood, with many key attractions and amenities just a short stroll away from each other. Public Transportation: The area is well-served by public transit, with several Metro stations nearby. The Potomac Avenue Metro station is just a 3 min. walk from the property, offering quick access to other parts of the city through the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines. Additionally, several bus routes pass through the neighborhood, connecting to popular tourist spots. Bikeshare/Scooters: Cycling is a convenient way to get around Capitol Hill, with bike lanes and bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent, offering a fun and efficient way to travel. Parking: Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns. Rideshare: For a more convenient option, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to navigate the neighborhood without worrying about parking. Perfect property in a perfect spot! The entire apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. The owner went out of his way to help us out with a timely package that needed delivered. He allowed us to send it to him and he brought it to us. We plan to stay at the property each time we visit DC, which will be quite a bit over the next few months. 10 out of 10!

This was a great place to stay for short or long term visits to DC. Easy access to the Metro. Nice and clean with a fab kitchen. The only problem I had was my Telluride really didn’t fit in the parking space. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here 4 nights in July. The unit was very clean, the check in process was seamless, and the Metro station is about a block away. Because of the location, all the trains make the same stops, which means you can always get on the next train! You never have to wait very long. There are multiple restaurants including a coffee house inside The Roost, which is a 5 minute walk. The Safeway grocery store is a 10 minute walk, and also had a Starbucks inside. CVS is also a 10 minute walk, so anything you could need is a short walk away. I had a couple of questions, and Madison was very quick to respond and answered every question I had, and she was very accommodating to a request concerning our luggage! The mattresses are brand new and very comfortable. Without hesitation, I would stay here again!
