It is also home to Eastern Market, a beloved local spot offering fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and a variety of food vendors. In short, the apartment is in tremendous location for one to explore all that the nation’s capital has to offer! LISTING TRANSIT Walking: Capitol Hill is an easily walkable neighborhood, with many key attractions and amenities just a short stroll away from each other. Public Transportation: The area is well-served by public transit, with several Metro stations nearby. The Potomac Avenue Metro station is just a 3 min. walk from the property, offering quick access to other parts of the city through the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines. Additionally, several bus routes pass through the neighborhood, connecting to popular tourist spots. Bikeshare/Scooters: Cycling is a convenient way to get around Capitol Hill, with bike lanes and bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent, offering a fun and efficient way to travel. Parking: Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns. Rideshare: For a more convenient option, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to navigate the neighborhood without worrying about parking.
