Situated in the Anacostia neighborhood of DC, immerse yourself in this urban gem; it is the only neighborhood in the USA with its' own Smithsonian Museum. It is home to Fredrick Douglas' house & Anacostia park with trails along the river. Coming to watch DC sports? You are within 3 miles of 3 teams! Top Floor: Rooms 1 - king bed with en-suite Room 2 - king bed Room 3 - full bed Full Bathroom for rooms 2 & 3 Main Floor: 5 steps to get into the house from the front and back of the property. The living room, dining rooms, kitchen, laundry room, sun room, and half bath are on this floor. Basement: Room 4 - queen bed & air mattress living room 2 full kitchen full bathroom ** access from the parking pad/back yard which has a commercial grade garage door Guests have full access of the entire property during their stay. If considering transportation, the nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles and the metro station is 1 mile. PARKING: There is free parking for 2 vehicles on the premise. If you're bringing more than 2 cars, you can park for free on the street near the property.
