I had and still am having the worst communication / follow up thus far.
1. I didn't receive and check in information and had to call support while waiting in the hotel lobby to connect with the property manager.
2. I had questions about late check out and contacted the property manager, but finally heard back from them 3 days later...
3. I asked for a copy of the hotel receipt as there were some unexpected charges. This request was originally ignored until I followed up on it one week later. A month has passed and still have no received any updates.
Very disappointing customer service with absolutely no communication involved.
