This place is located in a quiet neighborhood, just off of the DC Streetcar from Union Station! accessible to all the city mode of transportation. The apt has everything to make you feel at home. Perfect for those that work from home. Two Bikes are provided for guests to easily explore the city at no additional cost. Free Street Parking are also available. the bathroom was dirty and the pillows smelled awful so we actually bought new pillows and left them on the premise

Accurate listing, clean. A bit out from National mall, but public transportation is available. I recommend getting uber if planning tobstay out late at night.

I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that. Good AC and good desk. I didn’t get to know the neighborhood that well, but definitely say hi to the folks at Sky-market; they made me great coffee in the morning and made sure I had my groceries and supplies! I would definitely come back again.
