At mealtimes, gather around the expansive kitchen island, nearby dining table, or poolside for the perfect alfresco experience in your fenced yard. This home also includes two wet bars and a third-floor kitchenette in the game room. Indulge in a little friendly competition at the shuffleboard and foosball tables, play some classic video games, or sink into the sofa for movie nights. For sleeping options, choose from comfortable bedrooms, many with balcony access, all with en suite baths, including a ground-floor primary room and two kid-friendly bunk rooms on the top floor. This home also includes a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool or the spa are only able to be heated one at a time due to built in settings. Please advise which one is preferable at the time of booking. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Security camera details: In back yard back door and in front yard facing the cars 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
