Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: - Pet fee $50 per stay

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Trash must be placed inside the dumpsters located at the West and East ends of the property. Violations will be fined $100.00 and the cost of disposal for dumping violations.
Check-out instructions: Hazardous materials, such as computers, rechargeable batteries, etc. are not allowed.
Check-out instructions: Trash and garbage may not be left outside the unit for later disposal and must be taken to the dumpster to keep the condominium common area sanitary for all occupants.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
