We recently added a 6 seater gas golf cart to the property which can be rented for an additional fee, much cheaper than the rental companies. This is a private gated community geared towards families looking for a higher end vacation. No parties or events, or day guests allowed. Multiple full time residents in the community, quiet hours after 10pm. 4 vehicles max can be parked at the property (1 in the garage, 3 in the driveway). Parking is not allowed on the streets after 10pm, and they don't even like it during the day. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
