Included in the master bedroom is a Play pen with full size bassinet for the little one. The main floor also features a dining room and living Room that leads to a spacious deck. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa chair (Full size) and a center table stocked with lots of fun family games. The living room leads to a spacious balcony with a community pool view; equipped with outdoor tables and chairs.. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances - Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and so much more. The lower floor also comes along with a walk-in laundry room and access to the garage where you will find in the storage closet with all you need to make your beach trip enjoyable.
