Our GoldSky Destin-ation home is located in the Crystal Beach area just steps to the beach and has its very own 5ft deep private pool with plenty of lounge seating, outdoor dining, and a gas grill. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. Upon entering the home you are presented with an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living areas. Looking to prepare a family meal? Make use of all the brand new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen featuring granite countertops. Once everything has been prepared dine at a table that seats 8 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 3. The living area offers comfortable seating with brand new furniture and a large HD flat-screen TV. Also on the main level of this home you will find a king bedroom with an HD flat-screen TV, full bathroom, and laundry room. Take the stairs to the second floor where 4 additional bedrooms can be found and a wrap around balcony. Providing occupants of this level a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the beautiful sunsets the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite has a large HD flat-screen TV and private bath with his and her sinks. The master king suite also has access to the wrap around balcony of the second floor private to them. There is another king bedroom with a large HD flat-screen TV and 2 bunkrooms. One of the bunk rooms has a twin over double bunk and a twin sized trundle bed. This room has a HD flat-screen TV as well. The other bunk room has a twin over twin bunk. Each room is private and has their own door leading out into the hallway of the second floor. To accommodate up to 12 guest this home also offers a twin size fold out bed where it can be placed at the renter’s discretion. You have access to the entire property including the indoor and outdoor spaces. Family friendly neighborhood, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and family activities.
