The King Master suite offers a plush pillow-top mattress for a restful night, and French doors leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun views with a cup of coffee. the Master boasts a tiled shower and a tiled jacuzzi tub. The top floor features the \ which includes a queen bed, a private balcony, and access to a shared common area bathroom. The third floor also has a living/entertainment area equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, and a large flat screen TV. BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: Guests are able to rent through the dedicated beach service vendor on Shirah Street OR through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. *Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.* GOLF CARTS: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! VAY K LIFE: (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house! POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. SOJO AMENITIES: Each home will include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities: Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. (These are starter sets to get guests settled in. Guests are required to replenish items for the remainder of their stay.) WHAT ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: * This property can park FOUR vehicles, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.** * This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.* No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.* * PETS: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area.
