The basement has been refinished into a complete Boston-themed sports. We are not exaggerating when we say, this basement is wicked awesome! Pool table, wet bar, huge TV, and a large poker table! I cannot imagine a cooler spot to watch your favorite game. The entire house is appointed with high-end amenities, and you'll feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel! Bringing the dog? No worries, the backyard is fully fenced! Bed Configuration (all bedrooms are upstairs): Main Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. This house is located in Denver’s Virginia Village neighborhood and offers convenient access to various attractions.
