Great for entertaining a large family, this Destin vacation rental has the conveniences of a modern kitchen, a full laundry room, first and third floor gathering rooms plus TVS in each bedroom. The Primary suite is extra spacious featuring a separate sitting area and a spa bathtub in the Primary bath. Other alluring traits include its stone tile floors, colorfully beachy artwork and its very close proximity to restaurants and shops. It Had to be You is more than just a pretty face, as part of the Ocean View community, known for its pristine lawns and white picket fences, it will quench all your outdoor needs. It has access to the sun drenched pool right next door plus it’s only a half block from the glorious beaches of the Gulf Coast and the walking/biking path that runs along the beach. This property is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. Due to allergies, smoking is strictly prohibited at this rental. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
