Children: Glass table and glass decor.
Events: No events allowed
Events: $2000 penalty fee (No parties allowed)
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: 35LBS Max No dogs under 2 yrs/photo/vaccine update
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: NON SMOKING unit. $1,500 penalty fee
ID required-No street parking, No Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc). The garage is not part of the rental.
NO PUPPIES, No small dogs under 35 LBS. Back yard fenced, owner does not guarantee/warrant any loss of pets that may get out of the fence.
PetWaiver and Rental Agreement available from Owner per request prior to booking. Guardian must accompany minors at all times and check in/out.
