You will enjoy cooking out on the gas grill in your backyard, or soaking up the sun next to your LARGE PRIVATE (13'X 26') HEATED POOL (Additional cost for pool heating) . This home is only a short walk to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, but even shorter when you ride the STREET LEGAL GOLF CART that is available to rent with the home! There is a wraparound deck, screened-in porch, detached in-laws quarters and lovely palm trees will welcome you. Remember - Life's a Beach - Dive In!!! STREET LEGAL GOLF CART. We have a 2021 model street legal four or six passenger golf cart available for our guests to rent in addition to the home. Getting to the beach has never been easier or more fun!
