A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly. This colorful 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pool. Fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. Living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress. Has a washer/dryer Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee. *This condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season* Pet Friendly. The Sandpiper Cove Association charges a $10 pet fee. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 as well. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
