Back at the house, you’ll love relaxing on the breezy screened porch, unwinding in the spa-inspired primary bath, and cooking in the gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen complete with high-end dishes and abundant cooking tools. Thoughtful extras like board games, puzzles, and outdoor toys make it easy to keep both kids and adults entertained when you’re not at the beach. Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Our HOA is strict because it keeps the neighborhood beautiful — thank you for helping us follow the rules!
Check-out instructions: Mon pm: put yellow & green-lid cans at curb for Tue am. Thur pm put green-lid can at curb for Fri am. Get cans in garage by midnight Tue & Fri. HOA fines $50/day if left out— we don’t want u fined
Check-out instructions: 🎟️ Wristbands
Treat them like gold (because… they’re priced like gold 😅). $100 each to replace, which we’d have to pass along. Please double-check they’re all back in the lockbox.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
