There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. This amazing 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8 with ease and comfort due to a King in the Master Bedroom, 2 Twins in the Guest Bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Condo includes FREE beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) for the 2024 rental season which will end on October 31, 2024. The kitchen comes with full size appliances and all the dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. The living room is gorgeous and has a Flat Screen TV and comfortable furniture. There is a balcony that stems off the living room offering views of Sandpiper Cove The Master Bedroom has a large King size bed, a flat screen TV, and a window giving you nice views of Sandpiper Cove. There's also a vanity area in the bedroom with a large mirror, a makeup desk, and an extra sink to utilize as you get ready to go out or eat. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a flat screen TV. Pack light and utilize yet another convenient feature of this canal-front condo: there is a Washer/Dryer combo free for you to use. You are within a few yards of one of the two heated pools in Sandpiper Cove. You'll have about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach with complimentary private beach front parking and beach front bathrooms to use for your convenience. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a complementary broad band internet service, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience.
