Southbay is a private community of individually owned town-homes complete with all the amenities: 300 feet private beach, two tennis courts with shuffle boards, two pools (one heated with adjoining children’s pool), and 5 acre fresh-water fishing lake. Feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks from right off the deck is allowed. Walk right into the townhouse from your car parked out front. The guest bedroom has a full bath with 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV with DVD player. The master has a full bath with tub, king size bed, flat screen with DVD and a walk out deck over looking the lake. Upstairs is the living area with a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, half bath, Flat screen TV with DVD player. You will also find a sleeper sofa and another futon at your disposal.
