Winter Monthly Rates: Available upon inquiry. Amenity Starter Pack: Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, makeup remover, paper towels and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided. Important Information: No smoking in the home or pool area. Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics. No events, parties, or pets allowed. Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking. Note to Guests: Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Pool may be heated $65. per day at any time of the year. Community pool's are heated through Spring Break only. Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed. This is a pet friendly home with prior approval. Subject to weight and breed. Please ask Renda prior to booking with weight and breed of dog. $150 pet fee per pet. 2 pet max.
