This charming 2,000 sq ft apartment on two floors, is located on a tiny, quiet dead-end street, is part of a historic 1892 home, nestled close to both Massachusetts Bay and Dorchester's vibrant downtown. Easily walk to the Shawmut Red Line Station, admiring the old Boston mansions along the way, or stroll to the Fields Corner Red Line Station, also roughly half a mile away. You’ll find an abundance of dining, shopping, and area attractions within walking distance, including Lambert's Rainbow Market, a retro 1950s genuine untouched supermarket. Boasting brand-new renovations and pristine living quarters, this lovely apartment will truly fulfill all your needs and then some. The huge, third-level loft houses a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, a full bathroom, and a light-filled living room with views of downtown Boston close by. Sit and unwind here while tuning into a movie on the large TV. Or, cook with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the kitchen. On the main (second) level of the apartment, you will discover three airy bedrooms, all equipped with extra-large TVs, work desks, and mini fridges. If you're working remotely, you'll appreciate the private workspaces and the individual mini fridges, which ensure that you can keep your favorite drinks close. The primary en suite bathroom on this level is luxurious, with its dual sinks, walk-in glass shower, and inviting Jacuzzi tub. Things to Know This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Please reach out to host via text prior to arrival to make arrangements if onsite parking is needed Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. 1) Please be aware this is a huge two-floor apartment on two levels connected by stairs, so it might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The place was awesome very unique and very little drive through traffic since it’s on a dead end street. The owner was very friendly would definitely recommend this place.

The perfect house for 4 of us. We spent the days touring the city and the house is located conveniently to the train which made it very easy to get around. The neighborhood is a very quiet street. Walkable to groceries and meals if we didn’t want to get on the train. We would stay there again.

Property was just what we needed - close to downtown, public transportation, clean. Colm the property manager was beyond accommodating and we appreciate him so much for our stay! There is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom which was perfect for my toddler's pack and play. The most comfortable beds, though, were in the other two bedrooms.Would definitely stay again!
