Our place is a huge 3 beds and 2 baths , space of 2000 sqft. It is located in heart of Capitol Hill . It is very close to many Denver local activities : Zoo, Stadiums, Botanic Garden , Downtown, Convention Center . It is a VERY busy part of happening neighborhood . A lots of bars , restaurants and shops around in urban style . Old Mansion makes it feel unique and comfortable. Perfect for bigger groups, families or just single gateway ! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This apartment was absolutely awesome. Although our stay was very short, everything was very well thought out. The decor was so interesting and unique. We will definitely recommend this place.

The unit is in a building with other rentals and is generally quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable area with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. A nearby liquor store parking lot was active at night, but it was mostly not an issue.
