Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious and comfortable retreat features 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 modern, sparkling-clean bathrooms, ideal for families, groups, or remote workers. Walk to Harvard Business School, Trader Joe’s, and Allston restaurants. Pet-friendly and fully yours to enjoy! The space Everything in our home is newly renovated. There is a large living room, open dining room, and full kitchen which comes complete with stainless steel appliances + gas stove. There is also quiet backyard deck/patio. SECOND FLOOR (3 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom): The first bedroom (red) has a queen bed, chair, cubby, and bright windows. Your closet is super spacious, and we provide an iron and board. The second bedroom (yellow) has a double bed (full-size mattress), desk and chair. The third bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed, desk and chair and floor to ceiling windows. You will have access to a full bathroom on the second floor. It has a shower/tub and hair dryer. There is also a nice half-bath on the first floor you can use. THIRD FLOOR (Master Bedroom + 1 full bathroom + Private Outdoor Deck) The final and largest bedroom is the master bedroom on the third floor with a queen bed. It is very spacious and has large sliding floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large walk-in closet and walk out deck. The third floor has it's own ensuite master bathroom with a double vanity and designer waterfall porcelain shower. Each room has a ceiling fan and individualized air conditioning / heating units. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the entire home: one master bedroom + ensuite bathroom on the third floor, three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and the entirely of the first floor, including all the common areas from the dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio, and deck.
