Amazing location close to everything you are going to want to see in Boston, and great communication with the host.

The property was good. There were some places like the bathroom that could have been a bit cleaner. But, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places for all 9 of us to sleep. One bedroom had a rattley vent that we were unable to easily access and the front bedroom had a motion light right outside that shined into the room (blackout blinds would help immensely). The people staying in the upstairs unit were very loud in the middle of the night and I know that's no fault of the owner but it did disrupt sleep. There was also some construction that started quite early that was loud and shaking the house- we were already up but would have been woken if it started any earlier.

beautiful property. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents room, each kid had own room.) Walking distance to the red line Ashmont station. That's a little further out than I realized, but we were able to use train lines everywhere we went, including to and from airport. Had grocery delivery and cooked breakfast and most dinners. Pots/pans were basic, so I wouldn't plan to do complicated cooking. Would stay here again.
