Extra Guest Fee: After 7 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies. Pet Fee: $35 per pet per night. 6. Security: - Cameras at the entrance for your safety. Blocking or disconnecting these will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. - Smoke alarms and safety features are in place. 7. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to +16 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated. 🎉 Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
