Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is completely newly renovated, spacious. We meticulously take care of every small detail and every decorative item in the house with the desire to bring you a close and cozy feeling like being in your own beloved home. It is just 12 mins drive to Downtown Boston - an ideal place for families, groups or business travelers. Located on a quiet street, our house is within walking distance of bus and subway stations, lively restaurants, bars and shopping centers (Dollar Tree, Walgreens, HARP + BARD, ...), park... An open living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 car parking lots on site and the laundry in-building are really the plus for our guests. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms main floor is well suited for business travelers, families, weekend get-always, and a home away from home during renovations. - Living room with 65”smart-TV, and comfortable seating area. - Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and smart TV - Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed and smart TV - Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds and smart TV - 1 full bathroom and a half bath with full toilet papers, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap. - The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/serving necessities, including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups. We provide coffee pods, sugar and some water bottle in the refrigerator. You can also enjoy the deck in the back of the house off the kitchen. Includes Hi-Speed WIFI, Smart TV, and Smart-Lock for easy independent access. Please kindly read the following rules before making the reservation: 1. Must provide each guest’s name to meet the number of guests on the reservation before checking in time. This is to ensure the right people and right number of guests coming to stay. We have exterior camera can check this anytime. If you stay with wrong number of guests, we have a right to terminate your reservation with no refunds. 2. Any extra or unexpected guests must be notified before checking in. There will be extra charges. No extra guests are allowed on the property without prior agreement. Only registered guests in the Vrbo Reservation are permitted to stay. 3. Any visitors, overnight guests without previous approval from us, or joining in any illegal activities in our property will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 4. No parties, events, no smoking, and please no heavy drinking. No illegal activities anywhere on the property, this includes drugs and internet activity, illegal downloading. If you are intoxicated and causing disturbances and destruction to our property, while on our premises, you will be evicted. You will be reported to Vrbo and leave the house immediately without any refunds. Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund too. 5. Please also be mindful of our neighbors, and keep the noise to a normal level, especially when coming or leaving early in the morning or late at night. The quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 6. Our kitchen is limited for light cooking only and not intended for heavy cooking for a large group. 7. An additional cleaning fee will be charged, if an excessive amount of mess you left behind or stains on the rugs or carpets, that requires special cleaning services. 8. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise. 9. We use Ring and Noise Aware in our homes. Ring is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system installed in the living room that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. 10. We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. (*) NOTE FOR THE PET LOVER: - The extra fee will be charged for EVERY PET together. Extra pet fee: $45 per pet per night - We love cat but we do apology, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods ( i.e. the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...) - Follow the other pet rules: + No pet on the furniture/bed + Clean up your pet’s waste carefully + Bowls in the kitchen + Dogs must be leashed + Before you leave, pls sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.
