The Fenwick Island Lighthouse and a variety of family-friendly amusements like mini golf and go-karts are also within a half mile of the condo. Great local bars and dining options can be found along Coastal Highway. A family and dog-friendly side lawn area provides a sunny spot to stretch out close to home. The condo's updated interior comes fully furnished for modern comfort. A plush queen-size sofa bed, comfortable armchairs, and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped to handle all your home cooking or beach snack prep needs, plus, complimentary coffee is provided to help start your day on the right foot. Powerful mini-split air-conditioning keeps the cool air circulating throughout the space. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
