Summary: This is the perfect vacation getaway in your own private bayside beach bungalow. Just 3 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bay, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home comes with a full kitchen and in unit laundry. Queen bedroom & another one with 4 bunkbeds! Couch in living room pulls out to a queen sleeper as well. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
