With a great Downtown Location, you are close to everywhere you want to be - park the car, kick off your flip flops, and let the fun begin! Surf Crest 101 is Pet Friendly! Even better, Surf Crest 101 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! You can stay Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Sunday or weekly stays arriving Sunday or Thursday! As you enter Surf Crest 101, you will just love the Colors of Sand and Sea that surround you - peace and serenity at its finest. With beachy floors reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OC Boardwalk, you can almost smell the Fisher’s Popcorn. Memories of those childhood trips to Ocean City come flooding back. Relax in the comfy Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach, just a short stroll away, and enjoy Free Wi-Fi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. Step out onto your Private Balcony to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze, or chill in the comfort of Central AC. The Well-Stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your family - with all you need for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach, or an elegant dinner for 4. You’ll love the beachy white cabinetry, stainless appliances, and custom backsplash. Not one to cook on vacation. No worries! There are many dining options just a hop, skip, and jump from the Condo. Just imagine grabbing your morning coffee from either the Mr. Coffee Maker or the Keurig and slip out onto the Balcony while everyone else slumbers….. Speaking of a good night’s rest, the Primary Bedroom is adorned in cool shades of Sea Glass, and has both a comfy Queen Bed and a futon, sleeping a total of 4. There is also another Flat Screen Streaming TV. The stylish Full Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo and Custom Vanity - it’s almost a work of art in and of itself! So, if you seek to be in the very heart of downtown OC, yet still have a relaxing refuge, Surf Crest 101 is the perfect place for you! See you at the Beach! One well-trained dog permitted with $150 Pet Fee - must notify us at time of booking. Must be current on vaccinations and on Flea/Tick Preventative. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
