About this stay
You will not be disappointed with choosing to stay in this beautiful, waterfront home. The three levels provide ample, comfortable space for everyone. The location couldn't be better! Walk out the door to your dock on the bay with your own private boat slip to park your boat, jet skis or to just fish off. (parking spot pending at time of booking - if interested, inquire). Located only 3 blocks from the beach and bustling boardwalk, there's so much fun to be had here on your next ocean getaway! Other things to note There is a required security deposit - This info. will be provided prior to booking. License number 84448 Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
The carpets in all of the bedrooms are brand new and light-colored-No shoes/food/drink are permitted on these carpets as they can stain very easily.
*Quiet hours in the community begin at 10P. You will need to give the noise to a level at all times that does not disturb the neighbors.
Do not sit or stand on deck railings. No Parties. No smoking. Must obey community rules and regulations. 10 person limit in house at all times

This property was nicer than Corey describes and a great location. Most everything within walking distance. Corey was very responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish. We will definitely books his rental property again!
