Unlike many listings in the area, this isn't a townhouse or condo. It's a guest suite with an entirely separate entrance and is completely private. You'll have more space (>1300 sq ft) with your own front door, an outdoor seating area, and a spacious kitchen and living room. This space also includes a washer and dryer. There is free street parking, but please read parking signs. You'll have complete access to the lower unit. Walking distance to City Park, the Golf Course, the Zoo, and the Hip RiNo district. Walking and biking distance to nearby neighborhood hot spots and local light rail station. A short Uber ($5 -$10) to most places in Denver, including Union Station, Coors Field, Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Mile High stadium, Denver Aquarium, and Denver Botanic Gardens.
