Come enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble oceanfront condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation. This is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. Also, this is an older condo and has not been updated. First floor is ideal for families with younger children and is stocked with numerous beach toys, 2 boogie boards for older children, 8 beach chairs, a heavy duty beach umbrella, 2 beach blankets and a beach wagon to haul it all! Bring the children/grandchildren and create precious fun memories together! A fully stocked kitchen offering many pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. There is a dining table for family meals and 3 countertop stools which are ideal for breakfast, lunch and snack time. Bedroom #1 - 2 double beds, a smart TV and its own small bathroom. Bedroom #2 - King bed, a smart TV and next to the hall bathroom. Queen Pullout Sofa in the Living Room for additional bedding. LINENS PROVIDED: Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths, Kitchen Towels, Beach Towels, 2 Beach Blankets and Bed Sheets/Pillowcases and Comforters for each bed including the Queen Sofa Bed. Guest provides all soaps and paper products. Free Basic Cable and WiFi Internet Service. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
