Beautifully maintained unit located right in the heart of Downtown Ocean City within walking distance of major attractions. Ideal spot for fun and beaching!

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can prepare gourmet meals for small or large crowds. Service for 12+, coffee pot, blender, icemaker, toaster, crab knives/ place has it all.
State of the art technologies are installed in this unit, including flat screenTV's with High Definition Service, private WiFi, Stereo with iPod hookup, and plenty of outlets ... you get the idea. You won't have to search for an outlet to charge up.

Pets: Pets are allowed ONLY on a case by case basis
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
