About this stay
This is a self-catered rental. Guests are responsible for supplying their own consumables, including but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and hand soap. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Comforters and pillows are provided on all beds. Queen size bed in master bedroom. Full/twin bunkbed with twin trundle in 2nd bedroom. Queen pull-out couch in living room. Beautiful newly renovated, nicely decorated condo at Club Ocean Villa II, large outdoor pool 40 yards from your private courtyard and 4 minute walk to the beach: indoor pool about 100 yards away, 2 tennis courts and 2 racquetball courts. North Ocean City is much more quiet and family oriented. In walking distance to many great restaurants and the the park is only 6 streets away. Has a place to park your boat trailer if boating is your thing. - North OC it is much quieter. - Large outdoor pool is only 40 yards away. - Large private courtyard to hangout during some evenings. - Indoor pool and sauna is 100 yards away when the weather is not cooperating. - We love walking over to the tennis courts to play tennis in the morning. - Great restaurants with in a short walking distance near by like the Crab Cake Factory - Convenient stores within walking distance: Food Lion, CVS, WaWa, Dunkin Donuts, Seafood Dealer, Billy Subs(they have great subs), 7Eleven - Parking in front of our courtyard makes easy unloading and loading the car. No carts needed. It is so easy! - Ceiling fans in every room! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Some things I wish we had known before going:
The indoor pool is closed due to the pandemic
There are no floats or tubes allowed at the pool which bummed my kids out but was understandable since it was so busy while we were there
If we decide to come back, we will bring larger pots pans and a large skillet with it. For most families the size of the pots and pans would work great, but being a family with 5 children, we always need bigger and just didn't even think of it this time
If you want to order pizza, we highly recommend trying Captain Pizza out! There pizza was amazing
Overall, the stay was amazing!
