This 2nd floor unit overlooks a semi private beach with easy access to the main beach through the path in the dunes.
Walk from the 12x15 foot balcony directly to the beach.
The LR/DR has 2 sofas, dining table for eight, 65 inch screen TV, artwork, ceiling fan.
The kit is well furnished with with every thing you will need, ice-maker, cold drinking water, micro wave oven, new refrigerator and glass top stove, Keurig coffee maker etc.
There are 3 BRs including the master with queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and full bath. The second BR has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The bunk room has 2 double beds.
NOTE; RENTER TO PROVIDE LINENS & TOWELS
The entire unit has ceramic tile.
Includes a full size washer and dryer.
We only rent to Families and groups. We do not rent to groups and/or under 25 years old unless accompanied by family members
and/or guardian meeting the age requirement and in the unit 24/7.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: 1 pet w/ owner approval.Guest must clean up hair
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or loss of deposit
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Dishwasher should be emptied prior to leaving. Trash should also be put in bin across the alleyway upon leaving.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must supply their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. There is a washer/dryer to clean clothes and linens
Renters bringing unauthorized (not approved by the owner) pet into the unit will lose their security deposit.
