The house has a downstairs tenant and the yard is a shared space. You are welcome to use the furniture located in the yard. - Noise complaints may result in fines. - Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. - No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the \ tab in the search bar. - No events, parties or large gatherings - Check-out is at 10:00 am.
