Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Additional cleaning fee of $200 is added for any visible pet stains left in the house- urine, poop, mud, etc.
No large disruptive parties. If police get contacted, guests will be required to leave property.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink- please put in dishwasher.

House was clean and had everything you would need. The location was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from everything we did other than Red Rocks, but Red Rocks was only 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great! however, there was a really fowl smell when we arrive I think is came from a drain. It took a couple hours but we did eventually get rid of it.
