This is the bottom floor AND the top floor of this home giving you 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great home for large groups or families! 14 People can stay. Two Full kitchens and 2 comfy living rooms to relax after a long day at the beach. Walk to Shenanigan's, Piezano's Pizza, Pickles Pub and More!!! Tiki bar common area. Need more space for you and your guests? PETS ALLOWED in both units! The Space: Entire home sleeps 14 people; two kitchens and two living areas. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
