Walk to the boardwalk and all the rides and games. Linens and sheets provided. PETS ALLOWED with pet fee. Water sports, restaurants and fishing charters are within walking distance. Park & walk to the BIG CONCERTS in town!!!! The Space: Smart lock and your door code will be provided to you with arrival instructions days prior to your arrival with a signed renter agreement The Neighborhood: Pickles Pub is around the corner, boardwalk is just steps away as is the beach and ocean. Shenanigan's, Flavors of Italy and the OC Skate Park are within walking distance as well Other Things to Note: Washer/Dryer inside the home, outdoor shower, hammock!!! Our prices include all fees. We had such a great time at the beach villa! The location was perfect – literally a block from the beach, so it was very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The neighborhood was really nice, and we loved how much space the property had.The yard was awesome, especially with that privacy fence in the back. And that double outdoor shower is super handy for rinsing off after the beach.The house had plenty of room, and the wrap-around deck was a huge plus. It was the perfect spot to chill and stay cool, while playing cornhole.The listing description was spot-on. It's a great beach villa for a family or group. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which was great because I brought my dog!The location is amazing – you can walk to the boardwalk, there are also lots of restaurants, water sports, and fishing charters nearby.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would totally recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beach vacation, whether it's a group trip or even a smaller family getaway with a dog!

We had a great time at this location! Close to beach and boardwalk. Loved the fenced in yard and covered patio. As well as the backyard space for grilling and just hanging with the family.

The Downtown Villa worked out great for our family. The location was excellent. So nice to be able to walk across the street and the boardwalk and beach were right there. We only used our cars once to go go-carting. The porch was a nice, cool place to sit and people watch. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short! Thank you Jodi for being a responsive, great host.
