Newly remodeled building in 2022. Location is just steps to the North OCMD beach with an amazing Ocean View from this 3rd floor condo with a full Kitchen and Washer/Dryer. Indoor Pool, Game Room, sundeck, updated interior, helpful mgmt staff on site, free WiFi, all linens included, family oriented atmosphere. The Marylander is a unique condo/hotel with amenities of a hotel (onsite manager, indoor pool, game room, sundeck, towels/sheets, toiletries, detergent) with the TLC of private owners. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
