About this stay
Newly renovated top floor 1BR 1BA condo w/ a loft in wonderful North OC. 3 large beds. Very nice view of the ocean between buildings and a large balcony for people watching. 2 dedicated parking spots, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The Ocean is just across the street and you are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. In addition, you can walk to mini-golf, laser tag, playground/parks and convenience /grocery store. Park car and leave it parked your entire vacation. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please leave property is same condition as when arrived with the furniture in the same locations.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Empty all trash when leaving
