This condo unit in The Decatur House sleeps up to four and is loaded with comforts and amenities including easy Check-in and Check-out (no key required), air conditioning, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet (WiFi), high-definition cable TVs with over 125 channels, elevator, free assigned parking for one vehicle, and an indoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). This condo is conveniently located at 12th street and is near highly sought-after restaurants, nightlife, shopping, amusement parks, and plenty of water activities, making it the perfect choice for your visit to Ocean City Maryland. For those who enjoy unspoiled nature, the short drive to Assateague Island is something that should not be missed. ******** Pet Policy ******** We allow up to two small dogs (each weighing no more than 30 lbs) in our unit from October 1 to April 30. Per Ocean City's animal policy and regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at any time between May 1 and September 30. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved. There is a $60 pet fee for guests bringing pets. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the off-season. - You must be 25 or over to rent with us. We do not rent to high school seniors. - Copy of a valid photo ID of primary renter is required to confirm the booking. - Renters must agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and must be e-signed within 48 hours of booking. - Renters agree to abide by all house rules & policies, including no smoking or vaping inside the unit. ******** About Us ******** This vacation rental is owner operated.
