Ocean Side spacious 3 bedroom 2 full Bathroom Condo with Jacuzzi, sleeps 10 people, plus pull out sofa in the living room. Walking distance to the beach. Building has an elevator and 2+ parking spots per apartment. Partial ocean view from balcony and best location in town. Near Fager's Island, Seacrets and other great restaurants and entertainment venues. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please make sure that all the used dishes are cleaned and put away, also make sure everything is out of the fridge.
Check-out instructions: Garbage goes into the large container located on the north side of the parking lot.
Check-out instructions: Please make sure that main door and sliding door is locked and all the windows are closed and keep the thermostat at 72 degrees
before you leave.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was our first time at Ocean City. We loved everything about this place and location. It was very clean and everything looked like it does in the picture.The owners were great. When I called them they responded immediately. I would definatley stay here again. In fact I hadn't even left yet and was looking at this place for next year.
