Stacking washer/dryer, internet access, NOW TV, beautiful view of the bay from the porch. - 2 bedrooms; 2 full baths - 1 with a bathtub - Spacious Common Area w/ Pullout Sofa, Xfinity NOW and Internet, Smart TV in front room only. - Full Kitchen and Dining Area - Porch is perfect for spending time outside - Easy 10 min (0.6 mi.) walk to the Beach - Northside Park is just 10 streets away - Conveniently located to famous Crabcake Factory, WAWA, CVS, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts and Greene Turtle, Shopping, and many other places - Limit to 2 dogs, total of 50lbs with separate fee - No smoking allowed. - 1st Floor unit - BOAT LIFT IS NOT AVAIALBLE FOR USE Our prices include all fees. Lovely property on the bay. Well stocked with excellent cookware AND linen service.Had one unfortunate issue, but owner was there within 10 minutes to try and rectify the problem. Clean. quiet neighborhood - would definitely stay there again.

The location on the bay was beautiful and we loved the porch and view of the water. Plenty of street parking. The only complaint is that the unit smells of mildew and wet dog. There was a lot of dog hair on the pillow covers/quilts and under the beds. Everything that was brought home need a really good washing because it all smelled like the unit. There were plugins but that didn't help at all.

Location, location, location...it was perfect. For four 70ish year olds, we felt no need to go to the beach as we were quite comfortable sitting on the porch listening to the waves and watching the boats go by. There were some maintenance issues which will be discussed directly with the owner.
