About this stay
This charming ocean block 700 Sq. ft. condo is a delightful coastal retreat located just steps away from the ocean. (The condo is on the first floor only )Situated in the small town of Fenwick Island, this condo features a cozy living area where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There are 3 small bedrooms, (Queen bed, Full bed, Bunk beds) 1 full bath and 1 shared outside shower. There is also a Weber gas grill and parking for 2 cars. We are pet friendly. (Please note that while there are beds for 6 people, it sleeps comfortably 4 people.) Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)

Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Please leave door open when u leave - thank you!
