Walking in, you will be welcomed by an open space introducing you to the kitchen, living area, and dining room. Enjoy the amazing surround sound, turn on the fireplace, or make yourself welcome to the abundant options of games. Along the hallway is the guest bathroom, 1 bedroom, and the laundry room towards the back. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with a sliding twin size bed underneath. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that both include a queen bed and an additional twin trundle bed. The loft includes a large sleeper futon that can sleep 2. Inside the loft, enjoy a cappuccino or pop some popcorn and enjoy a great movie night with some fun LEDS. Upstairs includes the full bathroom. Returning downstairs in the coat closet is the high chair, the 5 in 1 pack and play for a baby under 20 lb including a mattress and a bassinet, and a baby bath. The backyard is a lovely oasis that has several spaces to relax and unwind. Starting off, enjoy at the firepit to sit and have great conversations, or make smores. The deck is a perfect space to listen to the tranquil waterfall, read a book, or enjoy the natural views. The pergola is large, yet intimate to enjoy an enclosed area, eat during a BBQ, or just gather with friends. Newly added is a 10x17 ft floating deck with 2 daybed outdoor tents that can be fully enclosed for a glamping experience. The outdoor movie theater makes for a memorable evening with equipment and materials taking approximately 10 minutes to set up.
