This Mansion™ Bohemian 2 bedroom condo, renovated in 2020 is walking distance from the BofA Stadium, Uptown, and more. Our 2-bedroom condo has been professionally furnished with West Elm™ & CB2™ furnishings. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy a home cooked meal in or walk around town for a night out. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing at home. This condo is great for a visiting executive, friends in town to explore CLT, or someone in need of a long term stay! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Quiet Hours from 11pm-8am. Please keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours and go enjoy the city :). Noise detection systems are in place
Mansion properties are all Smoke-Free. Smoke detection systems are installed in the home. A strict $1,000 charge applies for smoking inside the home.
Absolutely NO parties, fees for parties can be as high as $2,500, plus we must, by law, evict you from the premises.

Excellent
We came to Charlotte for the Chiefs/Panthers game. We were delighted that the home was within easy walking distance. In fact, everything we needed was within walking distance--groceries, restaurants, and sights of interest such as NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Surprisingly nice little spot, tucked away in a cute little neighborhood and within walking distance to the Uptown spots. Almost everything was within walking distance and the place was just as listed.

We used Lyft for transportation and was great. The kitchen was not well stocked. Only 2 coffee cups. But LOTS of glasses and pots and pans. Not enough silverware for 4 ppl. The Beautiful patio was not accessible. Not a bad property but could be great with a little more attention to the details.
