Pet friendly home with a fully fenced in back yard! Long driveway with room for 4 vehicles, plus street parking. This three bedroom, one bathroom home just underwent a full renovation both inside and out. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you'll have everything you need with Spectrum high speed internet/WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine along with a washer & dryer. The open living room is filled with ample seating along with a brand new 55\ smart TV with Spectrum cable. Bedroom #2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress topper. Bedroom #3: Flex space - Twin bed with memory foam mattress topper and electric adjustable standing desk to work at during the day. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged depending on the cost to fix the damage. Added cleaning fee will be applied if guests smoke inside the home. Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras on the outside only for noise monitoring. They are there for the safety of both guests and hosts.
